when you’ll ship my order ?                
For ready to ship items, we will ship your order within 3-7 business days after the order is placed. For pre-order items, the estimated time for shipping is between 14-21 days from the pre-order date. Please note that exact shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the product and your shipping destination.
 
Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to track your package and see where it is in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lasolly.com

We will do our best to update your shipping address prior to shipment, but we cannot guarantee that the change can be made.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the USA. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Final sale items cannot be returned.

How do I initiate a return?
Please email us at hello@lasolly.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to process your return.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
